SUMMER JULY 1ST THRU LABOR DAY $1100.00 @ WEEK

FALL AFTER LABOR DAY TO DEC 31st $725.00 @ WEEK

50% deposit required at time of booking. Balance due (3) three weeks prior to arrival.

Full refund less $40 fee for any cancellation made (3) weeks prior to arrival date.

$300 security deposit due (3) weeks prior to arrival required held during rental; $200 for a week end rental.

***Security Deposit refunded if the chalet is left as neat or neater than it was found & there are no damages or phone satellite TV bills exceeding $5.00 (five dollars).

***Extra cleaning costs (deodorization etc) incurred due to pets, smoking or alcohol use will be deducted from the security deposit.

***Security Deposit will be held until the Chalet months billing for phone & direct TV service are verified & the Keys* are received
